New Poco phone on its way, could be phone with 6GB RAM and armour design

Xiaomi sub-brand Poco had a terrific start with the Poco F1, which still happens to be the cheapest smartphone with a Snapdragon 845 chipset. With just few days to go before 2018 comes to an end, the Poco F1 is being awarded by tech websites and bloggers for its camera and value for money. But this is just the start for the new brand and it is now time to expect a 'New Poco' as per a tweet by Poco India GM C Manmohan.
In a tweet commenting about the accolades being showered on the Poco F1, Manmohan also said that he has a surprise for fans. The surprise is a #NewPOCO which is supposedly coming soon. The tweet does not mention a particular date nor does it explicitly state whether this is a successor to the Poco F1 or new variant of the current phone. There has been next to nothing rumoured about a Poco F1 successor. We are yet to see any renders or leaked details about a possible Poco F2, so Manmohan's tweet seems to suggest that a new variant of the Poco F1 is on its way.

Poco F1 Specifications

The Poco F1 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor and sports a 6.18-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 19:9 display aspect ratio. The phone houses a 4,000mAh battery, which can be charged via a USB Type C port. The smartphone also supports Quick Charge 3.0 technology and comes with a fast charger in-the-box.
When it comes to optics, the Poco F1 has a dual camera setup at the back: The primary camera is a 12MP Sony IMX 363 lens with f/1.8 aperture, and the secondary camera has a 5MP sensor. There are two speakers for delivering surround sound effect on the device's front and while one is located at the chin, the other one doubles as the earpiece.
